Made Memories
Our Hull workshop
A slow, careful way to make a gift.

Our workshop sits in a small unit in Hull, Yorkshire. It's where every Made Memories piece is finished — by hand, in small batches, by the same team who answer your emails.

How an order moves through the workshop

Day 1 — Cut and prep. Your order joins the queue. We pull the right blank — sweatshirt, mug, cushion, bib — and prep it for finishing.

Day 2 — Make. Embroidery, print or hand-finishing happens here. Each piece is checked before it leaves the machine.

Day 3 — Pack and dispatch. Wrapped in recycled tissue, a handwritten thank-you slipped in, and off to Royal Mail.

What we use

Stanley/Stella organic-cotton blanks for our apparel. Heavyweight ceramic mugs from a small UK supplier. Linen-cotton blends for our cushions. We don't keep finished stock — only good blanks waiting to be made into something personal.

Why Yorkshire matters

Hull is a quietly creative city. Cheap rent, fast Royal Mail collections, and a culture of doing things properly. It's where Made Memories was founded and it's where every order will always be made.
