<h2>Live preview</h2> <p>Every product page shows a live preview as you type. What you see is (within reason — fonts may look slightly different in real life) what you'll get. Take a screenshot if you want to remember a particular layout.</p> <h2>Names</h2> <p>Capitalisation matters. If you type "mum", we'll embroider lower-case. If you want "Mum", capitalise it.</p> <p>For most products, names work up to about 14 characters. Long names like "Christopher" or "Alexandra" still look great — but ten little names in a row will be tiny.</p> <h2>Multiple names</h2> <p>Separate names with commas. We'll lay them out for you. If you want a specific order or layout, add a note in the cart — we'll do our best.</p> <h2>Dates</h2> <p>UK format by default (e.g. 14·03·2018). If you want a different format, type it in the message field.</p> <h2>Spelling and accents</h2> <p>We make it exactly as you type it — including typos. Double-check before adding to basket.
