About us</h2> <p>Made Memories is a trading name for a UK-based small business that makes personalised gifts in Hull, Yorkshire. By using this site or ordering from us, you agree to these terms.</p> <h2>2. Orders</h2> <p>An order is a contract once we've taken payment and sent you an order confirmation email. We can refuse or cancel an order in extreme circumstances (e.g. obvious pricing error, fraud, abusive personalisation content); if we do, we'll refund you in full.</p> <h2>3. Personalised goods</h2> <p>Most of our products are personalised. Once we've started making them, they can't be returned for change of mind — see our <a href="https://madememories.co.uk/help/returns">returns policy</a>. Faulty or incorrect items will always be replaced or refunded in full.</p> <h2>4. Pricing &amp; payment</h2> <p>All prices are in GBP including VAT (if applicable). Payment is taken in full at checkout via Stripe.</p> <h2>5. Delivery</h2> <p>We aim to dispatch within 2–3 working days. Once dispatched, delivery is by Royal Mail or DPD and out of our direct control. See our <a href="https://madememories.co.uk/help/delivery">delivery page</a> for details.</p> <h2>6. Personalisation content</h2> <p>You're responsible for the content you ask us to personalise. We reserve the right to refuse orders containing offensive, defamatory, infringing or otherwise unlawful content.</p> <h2>7. Intellectual property</h2> <p>The Made Memories name, logo, designs and website content belong to us. You may not reproduce them without permission.</p> <h2>8. Liability</h2> <p>Our liability is limited to the value of your order, except where the law says otherwise. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.</p> <h2>9. Governing law</h2> <p>These terms are governed by English law. Disputes will be heard in the English courts.</p> <h2>10.
