<h2>How long until my order arrives?</h2> <p>Most orders arrive within 4–5 working days: 2–3 days to make, 2 days for Royal Mail Tracked 48. See our <a href="https://madememories.co.uk/help/delivery">delivery page</a> for more detail.</p> <h2>Can I cancel or change my order?</h2> <p>If we haven't started production yet (usually within a few hours), yes — email us at <a href="mailto:hello@madememories.co.uk">hello@madememories.co.uk</a> as soon as possible. Once production starts, we can't change a personalised order.</p> <h2>Where are your products made?</h2> <p>Every piece is made to order in our small workshop in Hull, Yorkshire. We hand-finish every order ourselves.</p> <h2>What blanks do you use?</h2> <p>For apparel, Stanley/Stella organic-cotton blanks (premium quality, ethically made). For mugs, heavyweight UK ceramic. For cushions, a linen-cotton blend. We don't cut corners on what we make from.</p> <h2>Do you do photo gifts?</h2> <p>On selected products. The option appears on the product page if it's available. We'll be adding more over time.</p> <h2>Can I gift wrap my order?</h2> <p>Every order comes wrapped in recycled tissue with a handwritten thank-you note. Premium gift wrap is coming soon as a paid add-on.</p> <h2>Do you do trade / wholesale?</h2> <p>Not yet — we're focused on direct orders for our first year.
